In 2024, Casappa developed a number of commendable corporate volunteering projects.
Casappa Spa has implemented actions in line with 8 of the 17 SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) recognized by the United Nations. It has placed a priority on innovation and the creation of partnerships geared towards the development of new technologies that promote the well-being and improvement of customer conditions and respond to their needs.








The percentage reduction in GHG emissions compared to the previous year is 22%.
In the Mechanical Processing department, the company reuses recycled or reused raw materials: specifically, it recovers a lubricant-coolant liquid using filters and recovery systems inside the machines.
Part of the liquid that remains on the processing waste is collected by special drainage and accumulation mechanisms that allow the emulsion to be recovered.
Casappa raises awareness among its employees about the correct sorting of waste produced in the workplace by sharing the company’s “waste expert.”

Over the last five years, particularly from 2021 to 2023, the company has carried out energy efficiency measures implemented by the Facilities Department, for a total value of €811,896.

Casappa’s “Officina del Cambiamento” (Workshop for Change) project, developed in collaboration with the consulting firm Amploom, focused on a co-design process and workshops aimed at the “Assembly and Testing” production area.

Supervisory Body
Casappa carries out its activities by applying a corruption prevention management system and making use of a Supervisory Body.

Casappa has long been committed to corporate social responsibility issues and for this reason has joined forces with the La Bula Cooperative in Parma to include three people with disabilities in the company.

The project, in collaboration with the Saltatempo social cooperative, saw the hiring of four workers to manage the cleaning service.
