In 2024, Casappa developed a number of commendable corporate volunteering projects.
Casappa Spa has implemented measures in line with 8 of the 17 SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) recognised by the United Nations. It has prioritised innovation and the creation of partnerships aimed at developing new technologies that promote the well-being and improved circumstances of its customers and meet their needs.








In 2025, Casappa reaffirms its commitment to sustainable growth, integrating innovation, energy efficiency and environmental responsibility into all its business activities.
Through emissions monitoring and the continuous improvement of production processes, Casappa makes a tangible contribution to reducing its environmental impact.
The recycling of materials and the recovery of production waste represent Casappa’s concrete commitment to a more circular and sustainable economy.
Monitoring greenhouse gas emissions
Over the last five years, the company has carried out energy efficiency measures implemented by the Facilities Department, totalling €824,000.

In November 2024, the new, modern logistics expansion center at Casappa’s headquarters in Lemignano, Parma, will be fully operational.

As part of its activities, practices and procedures are adopted to ensure the recycling/recovery of waste through its sale/sale to third parties for reuse.
Casappa is constantly committed to and actively involved in initiatives aimed at collaborating with and supporting the communities and local areas in which it operates.
It regularly carries out projects in schools and within the community on issues relating to sustainability.
The company has a supplier evaluation system in place. In particular, it uses a questionnaire drawn up by the Global Purchasing Department, which enables a systematic analysis of various critical aspects of the supply chain.

The company invests in Research and Development with a focus on sustainability: in particular, on digitalization and electrification.

Casappa constantly invests in product and process innovation, with excellent results on the domestic and international markets.

Since 2023, Casappa has been part of the educational alliance that supports the Giocampus project.

Casappa is the official sponsor of the regional 1HHandbike Championship now in its 2nd edition.
Human resources management at Casappa is based on the belief that sustainability depends on people: continuous training, dialogue, health and safety, and professional development are central elements of the company’s strategy.
To support the work-life balance, Casappa encourages employees’ children to take part in Giocampus, an educational programme running during the summer and winter holidays.
Through corporate welfare programmes, investment in training and health and safety policies, Casappa helps to create an inclusive and sustainable working environment.
30 new jobs created

For the second consecutive year, Casappa emphasized the importance of creating opportunities for discussion and entertainment combining words and music, within projects dedicated to the Group’s employees.

Casappa’s “Officina del Cambiamento” (Workshop for Change) project, developed in collaboration with the consulting firm Amploom, focused on a co-design process and workshops aimed at the “Assembly and Testing” production area.

Supervisor
Casappa conducts its business by implementing a system for the management of corruption prevention and by having a Supervisory Body in place.

Casappa has long been committed to corporate social responsibility issues and for this reason has joined forces with the La Bula Cooperative in Parma to include three people with disabilities in the company.

The project, in collaboration with the Saltatempo social cooperative, saw the hiring of four workers to manage the cleaning service.

For the second consecutive year, Casappa is excited to support the “Together with You” charity initiative.
