In 2024, Casappa developed a number of commendable corporate volunteering projects.
In one of these events, senior management took part in a day on the River Po with the Maria Luigia Civil Protection volunteer association in Torricella di Sissa. The main activities of the day focused on prevention measures and emergency responses in the event of flooding and natural disasters.

Fostering mutual understanding, breaking down organisational barriers and strengthening collaboration between teams are key to promoting an open corporate culture focused on continuous learning. With this aim in mind, Casappa has launched ‘Job Shadowing’, an internal initiative designed to offer staff the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the activities, responsibilities and working practices of departments other than their own.
