The race is an opportunity to organize in the city of Parma two days under the banner of Sport and Inclusion, aimed at bringing citizens closer to this reality.
It is important for the company to socially and economically support territorial initiatives and the meeting with the community and convey the importance of sports, inclusion and the feasibility of being able to naturally reconcile these two realities.

Casappa’s “Officina del Cambiamento” (Workshop for Change) project, developed in collaboration with the consulting firm Amploom, focused on a co-design process and workshops aimed at the “Assembly and Testing” production area.
