The GoodHabitz digital platform is one of the key tools for continuous learning within Casappa.
With more than 25 different learning methods, including interviews, animations and interactive quizzes, the online courses enable effective and engaging future skills development in more than 20 languages.
In addition, the Workout training experience feature, is specifically designed to provide managers with effective tools for joint skill development within their teams.

Corporate volunteering

In 2025, Casappa once again developed exemplary corporate volunteering projects.
As part of one such event, employees took part in a day’s work at Fruttorti, helping with the maintenance and development of the Picasso Food Forest, an urban forestry project aimed at promoting the regeneration of green spaces, the conservation of biodiversity and the well-being of the community.
